An opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Bank Reconciliation Officer to join the finance team. Efficiently measuring and managing the transactions you will assist and support all our subsidiary entities, you will be comfortable working in a deadline driven environment whilst ensuring everything is reconciled and data integrity is maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions
General ledger reconciliations
Account reconciliations such as bank, inventory control, clearing, billings etc.
Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data
Supporting month end process and generating month end reports
Variance analysis with respect to supplier payments and bank reconciliations
Exception reporting and disputes resolution
Process improvements & business partnering
