Take on the task to help resolve all phone enquiries for SkyCity. People are always curious on what we have activating onsite. Guide them through our delicious F&B offerings, exciting promotions in the Casino, must do public events onsite on Federal Street plus so much more. Extend your passion through the tone of your voice in relaying and offering the best guidance and results in each conversation. Whoever the caller may be, pride yours to ensure our customers get the best journey.
This is is a fixed term role covering parental leave.
A bit about you
You will have superb communications skills and the right attitude to drive yourself through the role. With full training involved you will be keen to absorb a dictionary of knowledge of the business and in return be rewarded with an upper hand of each department. Indeed, we are in the City of Sails, so take this chance to test your sales skills in recommending the best journey for our customers.
