If you are looking for work life balance, this is the role for you! We are on the lookout for someone to join our team in a part-time position for a 12 month fixed term contract. This position can be approximately 25 hours per week and you can chose to work a few days a week or split hours over the 5 days, whatever works for your situation! As a Specialist in our Claims Practice team you will be there to provide specialist advice to the roles of Officer, Complaints Resolution and support to key stakeholders. You will also work closely with the Manager, Claims Practice & Customer Assurance to successfully develop and drive change initiatives to continue to raise the standard of Claims delivery. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with wider teams to ensure Best Practice process and benchmarks are delivered throughout the claims value chain. Provide specialist support to the Officer, Complaints Resolution by reviewing complaints and checking against the Fair Insurance code. Dealing with key stakeholders such as but not limited to the Financial Ombudsmen Skills & Experience In depth knowledge of claims processes, systems and customer experience Demonstrable experience engaging at senior management level Advanced capability in design, development and implementation of process The ability to analyse the internal and external climate in order to identify risks and needs for future action About Us At IAG, we believe that everyone has a unique point of view to share, shaped by their life experiences, cultures & passions.
