Job role
ASB Securities is a leading provider of online sharetrading services for retail investors. We have an exciting opportunity for a Broking Specialist within our Online & Telephone Broking team. This role would suit a person with exceptional customer service skills, understands online and digital, has a genuine interest in the share market and who is comfortable with working in a fast moving contact centre environment.
Based at North Wharf, Central Auckland you would be responsible for delivering a high standard of service with clients wishing to invest in share markets. You will be required to absorb an enormous amount of share market related information, along with maintaining a high level of understanding of our website and business. You will be comfortable adhering to all rules and regulations set by any governing bodies (including but not limited to NZX, CommSec and ASB).
Our current Online & Telephone Broking team has a fun, positive culture with a great mix of people. We are looking for someone to join our team that is eager to learn and is comfortable operating in a fast moving environment. You would also need to take an active role in helping us to educate and assist clients in order to improve our services and ensure ASB Securities remains a market leader in its field.

Please note, we are an extended hours operation, this is a 40 hour per week position, your hours of work will be rostered between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
