The role
The Head of Planning & Analysis is a business-critical role which leads the central planning function providing executive level support, financial analysis and recommendations to support in driving business performance in line with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include the production and development of accurate group wide budgets and forecasts, regular management reporting and leading expense analysis and insights for the bank including operating and investment expenditure.
What You Will Bring
You'll bring to the role proven leadership and management skills with experience in running forecasting process and management reporting for a large and complex organisation. Your strong commercial acumen will ensure effective collaboration with the business to understand and report on variances, drivers and operational issues and influence forecasting assumptions.
With strong communication skills combined with a creative and strategic mindset, you'll be well positioned to streamline process efficiencies, package information effectively for senior audiences and be able to successfully mediate and negotiate with key stakeholders.
