ASB is invested to improving the experience ASB employees have with Technology. The Staff Service Excellence team is part of this investment and are committed to providing timely and quality phone based service to ASB's internal customers.
The role
This role is about working as part of the team that provides high-volume, front-line IT support to ASB internal customers, vis phone and digital channels. Each day will be different as you seize opportunities and take ownership of issues on behalf of customers. You enjoy the challenge of problem solving and take a can-do attitude when receiving issues, and where necessary referring to other support teams, or vendors to take over. Having a continuous improvement mindset will help you spot reoccurring issues and escalate, as well create opportunities to improve and refine current processes.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in a high-volume IT Service Desk, or similar. You will need to show demonstrated technical and problem solving skills, as well as enthusiasm for learning and upskilling in new technologies. Having excellent relationship building skills and being able to communicate clearly will put you in good stead to build instant rapport with customers, as well as long-term and peer relationships. Excellent time management and a commitment to follow-up and gaining closure is also required.
