Job Description Wellington-based, Permanent role Lead a small team $110,643 - $135,322 About The Role The Product Owner leads a small team of Product Analysts and Senior Product Analysts within a portfolio of P&C Systems Products, namely SAP Success Factors (SF). The Product Owner is responsible for maximising the value of the P&C SF suite (EC, ECP, PGGM, REC, ONBOARDING) by creating and managing the product user stories & backlog. They will look at areas for product development and be responsible for the creation of backlog items prioritising them based on the overall strategy and business objectives. The Product Owner will map out product dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of change in line with the release dates of P&C products. Working closely with the Product Manager, they will create and maintain a product backlog according to business needs, they will lead the planning of the product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities. They provide an active role in mitigating any risks or issues impacting successful completion of product releases. Your Skills And Experience have experience in SAP SF product ownership with a customer-led approach; have outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills; display excellent knowledge of continuous delivery processes and principles; have strong organisational and time management skills, along with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills; be a creative thinker and achievement driven with a strong attention to detail; be hands-on and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
