Job role
As a Care Coordinator you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and health professionals as well as managing client rosters to ensure staff are suitably paired with clients based on their needs. You will also be managing high call volumes both inbound and outbound to meet KPIs and delivery exceptional first call resolution as you will be the first point of contact for both our support workers out on the field as well as our clients.
