As Investigations and Compliance Analyst you will provide analysis for investigations, as well as undertaking compliance reviews. This will involve a blend of detailed analysis and business-facing auditing activity to establish compliance gaps, opportunities and make informed recommendations.
Activity in this role will span business-wide policy compliance, with priorities being derived from both a planned compliance review program and in response to requests from Lead Investigators. As Compliance Analyst you play a key role in driving the continuous improvement of Vodafone’s business practices and culture.
What will I be doing?
With guidance from our Lead Investigators you will undertake investigations analysis to determine the likelihood, impact and parameters of suspected or actual non-compliant activity
You will build and utilise a deep working knowledge of the data available that will support a range of investigations and enable proactive monitoring to enable early detection of fraud or other non-compliance
Undertake audits to assess policy compliance, specific control effectiveness and validity of privacy certificates ‘earned’ by business
Provide business policy owners with accurate, objective and useful insights on compliance
Develop and embed use of standard control frameworks
Promote, configure and administer the use of Vodafone’s compliance software with respect to standard controls frameworks and periodic audits
Spend the majority of time ‘in’ and ‘with’ the business to forge deep understanding of how the business operates and where the priority compliance risks and opportunities lie
