We want to return our customers to years ago, where they can taste bread with multiple aromas, flavors, shapes and tones.
All this made with the 4 necessary ingredients to make the best bread: flour, water, salt and yeast
In our workshop we work one by one the doughs with the best natural ingredients, our own sourdoughs, long fermentations, resting on the nile fabrics and all of this is cooked in a hearth refractory oven.
