My aim as a wedding photographer is to document the visual story of your day – from the smallest details to the most memorable moments.
I work in an unobtrusive and relaxed manner. While I always recommend a bride and groom portrait session somewhere in the day, outside of that, I don’t set shots up, ask for people to do something again or do fake cake cuts (I used to, but those days are long gone).
I’ve been working as a photographer since graduating with a Diploma in Photography in 2005. I am based out of Christchurch New Zealand, where I live with my wife Jane and our children, Holly and Finn.
When I’m not photographing weddings or creating images for commercial and magazine clients, I’m spending time exploring the beautiful South Island of New Zealand with my family.
