Hi I’m Ashlee - I think I’m going to do this little intro bit speaking in Third person because I feel like that’s cooler.
Here we go…
Ashlee is from Waikato, NZ - she grew up on a little lifestyle block where she liked to run around in farm drains and make up Disney sounding songs about her ‘tragic’ (not at all tragic) life. After finding an old camera in her Dads things one day she was well and truly hooked - determined to become a world famous fashion photographer.
From youth to adulthood came many fleeting ‘passions’ or career moves. She got half a Psychology degree, traveled a small part of the world, got married, brought a house, had kids, grew up a bit.
The camera never left her side.
She decided her creative blood wasn’t flowing freely enough. So she stole hubbies new and better camera and enrolled herself in any workshop she could find. 6 Years later - its a dream job - and she knows it!
When she’s not photographing beautiful clients, Ashlee loves to spend as much time as possible exploring every body of water (preferably salty - but fresh will do) that NZ has to offer with her Husband, Khan and her Three kids Max, Tarras and Lauren.
