a:2:{s:4:"TEXT";s:1018:"In 1986, Ronald Woolf and the Photography by Woolf team were commissioned to take the offical New Zealand portraits of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh. The photograph taken to the Queen is used on the $20 note.
At the height of his career Ronald Woolf was killed in a helicopter accident in 1987. However the Woolf family, with the support of the multi-award winning team of professionals, carried on the business with Simon Woolf FPSNZ, M PHOTOG, leading the photographic team.
This year, 2010, Photography by Woolf celebrates it's 50th anniversary and is proud to still be upholding the traditions started by Ronald and Inge in 1960.
We have recently photographed His Royal Highness Prince William's offical visit to New Zealand and the funeral of Sir Edmund Hillary. We are the offical graduation photographer for Victoria University and Massey University Wellington.
In 2009 we won numerous Kodak Gold Awards including three for our Desginer Wedding Albums.
