We are a team of puzzle enthusiasts and we take pride in our unique and intricate scenarios, our non-linear game designs and our high-tech puzzles that feel like magic.
Escape Mate opened in 2015 as the first escape game provider in Wellington, and the second in New Zealand.
Since then we have catered for all, for the big and the small.
We run events for massive corporate and government teams, kids’ birthday parties, family reunions, hens’ and stag dos and more. We are proud to say that we create games that are enjoyed by all generations.
All our games, puzzles and equipment are locally designed, invented and created by our team.
We keep our games fresh at all times. We change our scenarios each year due to high demand from our returning clients.
Besides creating great games, we also focus on providing an outstanding customer service, and an awesome game experience from start to finish. All our game masters are highly trained, kind and happy people who are super helpful in guiding teams through the games.
We are highly rated online. We have received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2016, 2017 and 2018. We have been leading the Fun and Games category in Wellington for over a year.
