Ms. Alfs began her almost 20 years of experience as a project developer for two developments in London; she later headed a major project on behalf of Deutsche Bahn AG in Germany until it led her to portfolio consulting for private equity funds and the development and investment business from real estate-specific management consulting to institutional cross-border investment business. She also worked in management positions for the management consultancy Accuracy and the real estate consultants DTZ, JLL and C&W. She was in charge of sale-and-lease-back transactions as well as urban district development planning. The raising of value growth potential through developments as well as feasibility / conversion and increase concepts with accompanying scenario analyzes are among her core competencies.
